Indis Academy is a part of IndisJob itself. All operations of Indis Academy are managed by Indisjob management team.

4. Job Listings and Applications

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of their job listings. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of their application materials. IndisJob does not guarantee the authenticity of any job listing, the identity of any employer, or the accuracy of any information provided by users.

5. Privacy Policy

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use IndisJob for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications.
• Use automated scripts to access or collect information from IndisJob.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to IndisJob at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

IndisJob is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndisJob and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Policy For Indis Academy Courses & Resources

By using any of product or services of IndisJob or Indis Academy, you are agreed to our terms of services & policies.

For Students & Users: All the content which are provided by IndisJob or Indis Academy are copyrighted and owned by IndisJob Pvt. Ltd. You are not allowed to share, reshare, or store any content at your own without our permission. Downloading courses material for resharing purpose, or screen record or download courses lectures for sharing or reslling purpose are not allowed.

If we found anything or any students doing any of the above activities we will block the access of portal for lifetime, blacklist for lifetime & take strict legal action under COPYRIGHT ACT 1957, Section 72A IT Act 2000.

Sharing your learning portal access to anyone is not allowed. Our technology can detect it and we will block your access permanently & in this case no refund will be provided from the company.

11. Placement, Placement Drives, Virtual Placement Drives

We strive to provide the best possible placement opportunities for our students through organized placement drives, virtual placement sessions, and direct employer connections. However, in certain cases, placements may not be guaranteed due to factors such as a student’s communication skills, educational qualifications, background, work experience, or other criteria that employers may consider during the selection process.

For students enrolled in our Pay After Placement program, if a placement is not secured due to the above reasons, we will not charge any placement fees. In such cases, we are committed to providing alternate support, such as guidance for starting a career as a freelancer, assisting with part-time job opportunities, or other career-oriented options to help students build their professional path.

Our goal remains to support every student’s career journey, but we encourage all students to actively participate in enhancing their employability through the resources provided by IndisJob and Indis Academy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Delhi Jurisdiction].
