For students aiming at higher studies, a serious academic culture can feel excellent. For students who want a more balanced campus life, the same environment may feel too narrow. That is the part I would double-check before taking any strong opinion seriously.

I would judge the experience on four things: - classroom quality - peer group - faculty access - life outside academics That gives a more useful answer than simply asking whether the place is good. Talking to one current student and one recent alumnus usually clears this up faster than reading ten random comments.
