Indis Academy is a part of IndisJob itself, and all its operations are managed by the Indisjob management team. Before you start using our services, please read the following Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using IndisJob, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IndisJob, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use. These terms may be updated by us at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. User Eligibility

IndisJob is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our platform, you affirm that you are 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are accessing IndisJob on behalf of an organization, you must have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of IndisJob, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Job Listings and Applications

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of their job listings. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of their application materials. IndisJob does not guarantee the authenticity of any job listing, the identity of any employer, or the accuracy of any information provided by users.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of IndisJob is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at this link. By using IndisJob, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use IndisJob for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications.
• Use automated scripts to access or collect information from IndisJob.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to IndisJob at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

IndisJob is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndisJob and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Policy For Indis Academy Courses & Resources

By using any product or services of IndisJob or Indis Academy, you are agreeing to our terms of services & policies.

For Students & Users: All the content provided by IndisJob or Indis Academy is copyrighted and owned by IndisJob Pvt. Ltd. You are not allowed to share, reshare, or store any content without our permission. Downloading course material, screen recording, or downloading course lectures for sharing or reselling purposes is strictly prohibited.

If we find any student engaging in the above activities, we will block their portal access for life, blacklist them, and take strict legal action under the COPYRIGHT ACT 1957 and Section 72A of the IT Act 2000.

Sharing your learning portal access with anyone is not allowed. Our technology can detect it, and we will block your access permanently. In this case, no refund will be provided.

11. Placement, Placement Drives, Virtual Placement Drives

We strive to provide the best possible placement opportunities for our students. However, placements may not be guaranteed due to factors such as a student’s communication skills, educational qualifications, background, or other criteria employers may consider.

For students in our Pay After Placement program, if a placement is not secured for the above reasons, we will not charge any placement fees. In such cases, we will provide alternate support, such as guidance for starting a freelance career or assistance with part-time job opportunities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
