Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered for courses and programs at Indis Academy. By enrolling, students agree to these terms. Each request is reviewed individually, and the final decision rests solely with Indis Academy.

1. Recorded Courses

• Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. No requests will be entertained after this period.
• Content Usage: If a student has accessed more than 20% of the course material, the right to a refund is forfeited.
• Finality: All refund decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

2. Offline Courses

• Refund Request Timing: Refund requests must be made before the completion of the fifth scheduled class.
• Placement Contingency: If a placement is not facilitated within 18 months of enrollment, a partial refund may be considered at the Academy's discretion.

3. Online Courses

• Full Refund: A full refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the first live class.
• Partial Refunds and Placement: If a placement is not arranged within 18 months, a partial refund may be considered based on student engagement and completion.
• Content Usage Clause: Accessing a significant portion of the course content makes a student ineligible for a refund.

4. Online Bootcamps

• Full Refund Request: Must be submitted within 48 hours of the first live bootcamp session.
• Placement Failure: If placement is not arranged within 18 months, a partial refund may be considered at the Academy's discretion.
• Resource Allocation: No refund will be processed once resources (tools, plugins, etc.) have been allocated.

5. Pay After Placement Bootcamps

• Enrollment Fees: The initial enrollment fee is strictly non-refundable once resources (LMS access, tools, etc.) are allocated.
• Partial Payment Cases: Students on a partial payment plan are not eligible for any refund.
• Enrollment Fees Refund Conditions: A partial refund (40-60%) may be issued within a 90-day window for issues like language barriers or relocation outside India. This is contingent on the refunds we receive from our service providers. The final decision rests with the Indis Academy Resolution Team.
• Placement: If placement is not secured within six months of completion, no additional course fees will be charged, and students retain access to placement support.
• Non-Payment of Course Fees: In case of non-payment of course fees for 1 year after placement, we reserve the right to cancel the certificate and report it to the employers' community.
• Refund of Enrollment Fees: A refund of enrollment fees is possible if the course is delayed by more than 2 months, we cannot allot a seat within 30 days, or no slots are available. No refund is possible after 24 hours of enrollment once the portal ID is generated.

6. Mentorship Program

All payments for the Mentorship Program are final and non-refundable once the program has commenced.

7. 1-to-1 Expert Consultation Program

All fees for the Expert Consultation Program are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled or conducted.

8. Violation of Terms

Any student found violating our terms of service (e.g., sharing LMS access, reselling materials) will forfeit their right to a refund and may face legal action.

9. Assessment Participation

Students must participate in at least one or two scheduled assessments to be eligible for placement drives and refunds.

10. Inactivity for 60 Days

If a student is inactive for 60 consecutive days, we reserve the right to remove them from the course without a refund after a formal reminder goes unanswered.
