Indis Academy is a part of IndisJob itself. All operations of Indis Academy are managed by Indisjob management team.

IndisJob does not guarantee the authenticity of any job listing, the identity of any employer, or the accuracy of any information provided by users.

6. Prohibited Activities

10. Policy For Indis Academy Courses & Resources

By using any of product or services of IndisJob or Indis Academy, you are agreed to our terms of services & policies.

For Students & Users: All the content which are provided by IndisJob or Indis Academy are copyrighted and owned by IndisJob Pvt. Ltd. You are not allowed to share, reshare, or store any content at your own without our permission. Downloading courses material for resharing purpose, or screen record or download courses lectures for sharing or reslling purpose are not allowed.

If we found anything or any students doing any of the above activities we will block the access of portal for lifetime, blacklist for lifetime & take strict legal action under COPYRIGHT ACT 1957, Section 72A IT Act 2000.

Sharing your learning portal access to anyone is not allowed. Our technology can detect it and we will block your access permanently & in this case no refund will be provided from the company.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Delhi Jurisdiction].
