Level 1 Support

  • Go to the Support section of the Learning Portal.
  • Select Create a New Ticket and provide the necessary details.
  • If you do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 days from our team, you may escalate the issue to the next level.

Level 2 Support

You can only raise this request if you have completed Level 1 and have not received a positive response within 7 days.

Level 3 Support

If you didn’t get any resolution within level 2, you can directly write to Management team.
