Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Counselor to join our team. The primary role of the Counselor is to engage with prospective students (leads), provide detailed information about our courses and bootcamps, and guide them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact Student Leads: Reach out to potential students who have expressed interest in our courses and bootcamps through various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Provide Course Information: Clearly explain the details of our courses and bootcamps, including curriculum, duration, fees, and benefits, to prospective students.
  • Guide Enrollment Process: Assist students in understanding the enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition into our programs.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong, trusting relationships with potential students by understanding their needs and career goals and aligning them with the appropriate courses.
  • Follow Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and increase the likelihood of enrollment.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system, including notes on discussions, follow-ups, and enrollment status.
  • Achieve Enrollment Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets by effectively managing the lead pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to provide feedback and insights on lead quality and course offerings.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, changes in course offerings, and new bootcamp launches to provide the most current information to leads.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. A background in education, marketing, or communication is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred. Freshers can also apply for this job.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to understand and explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    • High level of organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
